Bereavement Services
For families looking for support during pregnancy, birth & postpartum with a diagnosis that will lead to miscarriage, stillbirth, live miscarriage (baby living for a short amount of time following birth) or NICU care. This includes one-on-one support throughout pregnancy virtually and during at least 2 in person appointments. We will work together to prepare and plan for birth, postpartum & all that comes with the loss of a baby(ies). I will be there to support you as you labor - no matter the gestation - if miscarriage comes without a distinct labor pattern but happens over days, I will help provide you with the needed kit to try to receive your baby and can rejoin you when you are ready for me. Once your baby(ies) is born, I can collect ‘moment’os and photos of your baby(ies), if desired. Postpartum, I will be there to support you in your grief & with honoring and planning for your child, however you wish. I am creating a fund to help pay for these services, please let me know if the financial cost related to these services is too great for your family.
One in four pregnancies end in miscarriage, many of these come as a brutal surprise. If you have lost or are losing your baby(ies) unexpectedly, you deserve the support needed to have the capacity to grieve and recognize the life and death of your child(ren). I am available for emergency birth situations at any gestation. Please call 7403985703 for these services. I can give you options, resources, support & help with getting documentation and ‘moment’os. I am setting up a fund to help pay for this resource. Please let me know if the cost associated with this is too great for your family. When funds and equipment are available through donation, I will not request payment, even if you have not expressed an inability to pay.
