You would receive all of the birth education sheets given to my regular birth clients as well as receive one-on-one in person birth education in your home. These sessions last 2-4 hours with two sessions necessary. This option does not inherently include any birth support or access throughout pregnancy or postpartum. This is for those who don’t feel comfortable having someone else in the room but want the education, resources and information needed to make a solid birth plan, manage labor pain, manage labor fatigue, improve the likelihood of positive outcomes & to learn to advocate for themselves. I encourage birth support people to be at both sessions so they can learn how to support properly during labor. The support received makes all the difference.
